Miss Wajun Vinita (Thailand- 2007)
Miss Aubrey Miles (Pakistan- 2007)
Miss Samantha Jade Garcia (Zimbabwe-2008)
Miss Jexty Rizal (Philippines-2008)

The above candidates are based on the main winner and 1st runner-up of each year in Miss Gay International. If any of the above beauty queens are unavailable or no longer qualify for the pageant in the summer of 2010, subsequent runners-up will be chosen from the relevant year.
